BACKGROUND //
West 22, a brand new 30-story resort-style, purpose-built apartment building in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Boasting everything a potential renter could want, sweeping views of the city, and thoughtful suite designs, West22 offers a lifestyle of convenience beyond compare.

PROBLEM //
Create an easy-to-use digital leasing tool using Engrain’s already established touchtour platform and backend to showcase all that was to offer and assist the leasing team in converting potential renters to actual renters.  

STRATEGY & SOLUTION //
After doing extensive research into West22’s differential, brand, and competitors, I wireframed, designed, and prototyped a interactive digital solution. Featuring an animated launch screen, floorplans, site map, gallery, amenities, and My Tour section (which lets users save and email floor plans and images to a profile), all in order to show off the high-end lifestyle of West22.
