BACKGROUND //
Moon Palace is a luxury all-inclusive system of resorts located in Mexico and the Caribbean.
PROBLEM //
Moon Palace in Cancun features 3 resorts in 1, being so large they needed a solution that helped all types of visitors wayfind around the larger resort.
STRATEGY & SOLUTION //
Starting with stakeholder interviews, user personas, and wireframes we were able to create an experience that walks users with all levels of digital signage acumen through finding their way to restaurants, events, and back to their room.
