BACKGROUND //
The German headquarters for Microsoft, located in Munich, moved from a location outside of the city to a more compact location in downtown Munich. The new office enviornment
PROBLEM //
With the move Microsoft wanted to keep their employees engaged, informed with up-to-date information, and visually vibrant with a digital signage network. Microsoft was concerned with keeping everythin on-brand, creating easy to use templates, and making sure they never have black screens.
STRATEGY & SOLUTION //
After touring both current and future sites we conducted stakeholder interviews and a UX workshop. We worked with their digital signage group to quickly iterate and make decisions on the design and approach of their templates. After a week on-site we were able to come away with 90% of their templates designed and ready to be implemented into their new system.
