BACKGROUND //
Globus is a family of brands of small cruise ships who offers escorted tours & vacations to Europe, Asia, South America, Asia & Australia.

PROBLEM //
Wanting to update their Avalon cruise ships to keep pace with their competetors, Globus decided to add digital signage and interactive kiosks to their common areas and suites.

STRATEGY & SOLUTION //
Collaborating with stakeholders at Globus, we started with a days long UX workshop, including stakeholder interviews, ideation sessions, brainstorming, and group wireframing. From there I created user personas, and more wireframes, keeping the stakeholders of Globus involved, we worked closely together to create an interactive kiosk, informational signage for guests around the boats, and in-suite signage.
