BACKGROUND //
With 3 cruise ships in use, Azamara Club Cruises is a luxury cruise line that focuses on longer stays and immersion experiences, catering to the older and retired sector that choose to cruise with purpose.
PROBLEM //
Azamara added a 96" screen to all 3 of their cruise ships wanting to showcase voyages, unique experiences, and events, in a uniquely engaging way with the hope to create and entice repeat customers who want to explore more of the world with Azamara.
STRATEGY & SOLUTION //
Starting with interviewing stakeholders from various departments around the company, I then crafted wireframes that took into account the project needs as well as worked around the project’s largest challenge stemming from the size of the screen. From there I was able to create an immersive experience to intrigue current on-ship customers to explore future voyages and off-ship excursions.
